Tuition Reimbursement
Rubber & Gasket Company of America is dedicated to supporting employees' professional development by providing financial assistance for externally sponsored educational courses that align with the outlined criteria in this policy. Furthermore, we are committed to attracting top talent with an Industrial Distribution degree through our comprehensive Tuition Forgiveness Plan. This initiative aims to assist recent graduates in managing student loan debt while fostering successful careers within our company.
Who is eligible?
Employees designated as "full-time" (regularly scheduled for 40 or more hours per week) with at least one year of service are eligible to apply for reimbursement for qualified tuition expenses. Additionally, this program is open to new hires who have graduated with an Industrial Distribution degree within the last three years, provided they are employed in full-time positions at RGA.

Leadership Development Program
Our Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational training environment where candidates experience all aspects of the industrial rubber fabrication and distribution business. As part of this program, you will spend time in each of our areas of expertise:
- Shop
- Inside Sales
- Outside Sales
- Operations and Management

Outside Sales Development Program
Our Outside Sales Development Program is a six-month training experience designed to prepare you for a successful career in Outside Sales. You’ll rotate through our shop and inside sales areas, working alongside mentors from our Leadership team to build the knowledge and skills you need to thrive. We currently have locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. You could be placed at any of these locations based on where the greatest need exists. As we continue to grow, we’ll also be adding new states as additional branches open.
