Welcome to Rubber & Gasket Company of America (RGA). We are a world-class industrial rubber distributor and fabricator. The products we represent, the inventory we maintain and the services we offer have fostered a reputation for excellence, which we proudly wear as a badge of honor. RGA currently maintains eighteen warehouses in ten U.S. States. At RGA, we provide the products and services you would expect from a market leader and back them with a truly dedicated team of people.
Our corporation was formed in January of 1994 as the result of a merger of five companies that maintained a total of seven locations. Our oldest facility in Memphis has been in existence since 1971. Rubber & Gasket Company of America markets MRO and OEM products to a wide spectrum of customers with heavy industry being our main focus. We are also well established with lighter high-tech manufacturing facilities. We can address every conceivable hose, conveyor belt, drive belt, gasket, pump, and valve sealing application. Our locations are all full line fabrication stores and are operated by management, outside sales, clerical, shop, and delivery personnel.

Trained RGA personnel serve as the anchor of our business. We utilize vendor offered schools, and conduct ongoing internal programs and seminars to expand product and operational knowledge. Unlike off-the-shelf distributors, our employees are trained in vulcanization, welding, die press cutting, slitting, automated coupling, and CNC equipment operation. As a full line rubber supplier, RGA can quickly turn your order around in a professional manner.

Electronically interconnected by a mainframe computer at our corporate location in North Little Rock, Arkansas, our facilities are most capable of offering fast, flexible customer service. Appreciable cost advantages are attained through central purchasing and localized management of accounts payable and receivable.
Our corporate facility serves as a feeder point for those products which we negotiate in truck load purchases. Although RGA proudly represents an impressive array of well known domestic vendors, European and Pacific Rim imports strengthen our product lines.
