Giving Back to the Communities We Call Home
At RGA, being part of a community means more than doing business there. It means showing up, lending a hand, and supporting the people and organizations that make our communities strong.
Across our locations, our teams actively support local nonprofits, schools, and families through charitable donations, volunteer efforts, and hands-on outreach. From holiday meal programs to essential supply drives, our goal is simple: help meet real needs in meaningful ways.
Because RGA is employee-owned, this commitment is personal. Our people don’t just work here—they care deeply about the communities where they live and serve.
Making an Impact—Together
Our charitable efforts focus on local partnerships and practical support. Working alongside schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations, RGA teams help identify where assistance is needed most and respond with generosity and care.
These efforts are coordinated to ensure charitable funds are used thoughtfully, transparently, and consistently—while also sharing the stories behind the impact so others can see the difference being made.
Powered by Our People
What makes our community involvement special is the heart behind it. Many of our initiatives are driven by employees who volunteer their time, organize collections, and go above and beyond to help others.
Whether it’s delivering meals, collecting household essentials, or supporting children and families during the holidays, our teams take pride in serving with compassion and purpose.

Thanksgiving for 10 Fort Smith Families
The Fort Smith team partnered with Rye Hill Baptist Church to identify 10 local families in need of Thanksgiving meals. With the church’s help, RGA provided full holiday meals to each family. Many recipients shared that this support came at a time when they were unsure how they would provide a Thanksgiving dinner.
How We Coordinate Our Giving
RGA’s charitable efforts are supported by a volunteer Charitable Giving & Community Outreach Coordinator who works alongside Branch Managers to help steward charitable funds responsibly. This role helps ensure donations are distributed intentionally, recipients are documented, and the stories behind our giving are shared with transparency and care.
