RGA uses quality products: Conveyor Belt, Belt Fasteners, and Maintenance Solutions that help maximize conveyor uptime, productivity, and safety.
Gum Rubber Discharge Sleeves Constructed from pure natural gum rubber, these sleeves are abrasion, cut resistant and very durable. They reduce product spillage to a minimum. While normally constructed from 1/4” thick material, they are also available with 1/8”, 3/8”, and 1/2” wall gauges. Our sleeves are custom made for each application. To order, give the outside size of the round or square spout, and the length you need. We will custom build the sleeve to fit, and ship it to you in short order. We also have available various fastening methods, which our professional sales staff can recommend for your particular application. Our specialized hot vulcanization process creates a superior endless bond that greatly enhances boot life.
Conveyor Belt and Lacing In addition to various grades and types of conveyor belting, we also handle a variety of lacing, and the complete Flexco™ line of lacing and belt wipers. Our experienced belt crew can install belting and lacing right on your conveyor. We also offer the more durable “Hot Vulcanized” splices for critical areas.
